Sports Car Race and Behind the Scenes Tour at Road America!

Event is for girls and non-binary kids with their family and friends (no age limit).

SRO Motorsports Group is hosting Stellar Tech Girls at the Fanatec GT World Challenge America race on Sunday, August 20th! Reserve your spot for this amazing opportunity to hear directly from the engineers and crew who work on race cars, get a behind the scenes tour at Road America, then watch the race! We will have a private suite as a home-base all day, and lunch will be provided (included in ticket). 

Event Details:

• Transportation is not included. You must be able to get to Road America on your own. The event is located in Plymouth, WI about a 2 hour drive from Madison. Parking is included with the ticket.
• Every kid must attend with their own adult chaperone. One adult may act as chaperone for multiple kids, but Stellar Tech Girls will not be responsible for chaperoning any guests. Each ticket includes one kid and up to one adult chaperone.
• You do not need to attend all day. We will need to know ahead of time if you want to join for the Tech Tour and Talk and the Grid Walk on Pit Lane, and we will have a check-in time and location for these. The rest of the day, you are free to explore the event and join Stellar Tech Girls as you would like.
• Challenges to be aware of at the race: the venue is very large and requires walking long distances, loud sounds require you to bring hearing protection, and bad weather is possible.
• We will send you an official Road America ticket about one week prior to the event. You are responsible for bringing this ticket, which you must use for parking and entering the venue.
