Cookie Chemistry

Did you know that baking is actually science? You can thank chemistry for making a cookie light and fluffy or gooey and chewy! In this workshop, we learn about the science behind cookie recipes, then we all make our own cookie dough. You take home two rolls of slice and bake dough to bake at home!
